Waiver and risk warning

Under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), recreational services may involve significant risks.

By participating in classes and using the facilities and equipment at Reformed Pilates Studio Emerald, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You engage in these activities at your own risk
• There is a risk of physical injury, including muscle strain, joint injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or more serious injury
• The studio is not liable for death or personal injury suffered as a result of the provision of recreational services, to the extent permitted by law

This warning is provided in accordance with section 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applicable Queensland legislation. It is provided in addition to, and does not replace, the signed waiver clients complete at intake.
