These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to classes, memberships and class passes bought from Reformed Pilates Studio, Shop 4/30 Hospital Road (Super Cheap Centre), Emerald, QLD 4720. Bookings and payments are processed by our booking platform, Arketa, and Arketa’s own terms apply to you as well.

All prices on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices, class types and timetables, and we will publish the change here or in the booking system before it takes effect.

Memberships

Memberships are billed weekly and run until you cancel, with a minimum of 12 weekly billing cycles, which is the three-month minimum commitment shown at checkout. Unused classes do not roll over from one week to the next. To change, pause or cancel a membership, contact the studio directly.

Our current memberships are Reformed Weekly (one class per week), Reformed Strong (two classes per week) and Reformed Dedicated (three classes per week). Each includes access to all Reformed Signature and Signature Express classes.

Intro offers, class passes and gift cards

The Reformed Intro is three classes for new clients only, valid for 21 days from your first booking. The Reformed Introductory includes a 30-minute private introduction plus three group classes. Class passes are sold in five and ten class packs. Passes and intro offers are valid for a set period, are for the named person only, and cannot be transferred or shared. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Booking, cancelling and missed classes

Classes are booked through our booking system, which shows the cancellation and reschedule window that applies to your booking at the time you make it. Cancelling inside that window, or not turning up, may cost you the class credit. If a class is full you can join the waitlist and we will let you know if a place opens up.

We may cancel or reschedule a class, for example if an instructor is unwell. If we do, you keep the credit or we offer you a place in another class.

Refunds

Memberships, passes and intro offers are not refundable because you have changed your mind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will work it out with you.

Your health and safety

Reformer Pilates is physical exercise. You agree to tell us before class about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or anything else that affects how you move, and to keep us updated if that changes. We are not medical practitioners and nothing we say is medical advice: if you are unsure whether you should be exercising, speak to your doctor first.

You agree to follow the instructor’s directions and to use the equipment as shown. You take part at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for injury or loss that comes from you not telling us something relevant, ignoring instructions, or misusing equipment.

Studio conduct

Arrive on time, since late entry is disruptive and unsafe once a class is under way. Treat other clients, our instructors and the equipment with respect. We can refuse or end a booking where someone’s behaviour puts other people at risk.
