Who we are

Reformed Pilates Studio operates a boutique reformer Pilates studio at Shop 4/30 Hospital Road (Super Cheap Centre), Emerald, QLD 4720. You can reach us at info@reformedemerald.com.au.

What we collect

Through this website, we collect only what you type into our contact form: your name, your email address and your message. That is the entire extent of what this website collects about you.

We do not use analytics on this website. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels. This website sets no cookies of its own, and nothing you enter is stored in a database.

What we do with it

A contact form submission is delivered to us as an email and nothing more. We use it to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who handle it on our behalf.

Booking and payments happen elsewhere

Class bookings, memberships, class passes and payments are handled by Arketa, our booking platform. When you book or buy, you are dealing with Arketa and your information is covered by Arketa’s own privacy policy and terms, not this one. We never see or store your card details.

Who else touches your information

  • Arketa, for bookings, memberships and payments.
  • Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site is set in. Your browser requests them from Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

Contact form emails stay in our mailbox while they are useful to us, and we delete them when they are not. Booking and payment records are kept by Arketa under its own retention terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@reformedemerald.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can contact us first, and if we cannot resolve it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
