Booking & Studio

How do I book a class?+

All classes are booked online via our booking system. We recommend booking ahead, as class sizes are limited.

What happens if I arrive late?+

For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once a class has commenced. This helps maintain a safe and uninterrupted environment for all clients.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+

Yes. Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the timeframe outlined in our booking policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit.

Do you have a waitlist if a class is full?+

Yes. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available.

Classes & Experience

Do I need Pilates experience to attend a class?+

No prior experience is required. All classes are taught with layered options so you can work at a level that feels right for your body.

I’m unsure which class is right for me. What should I do?+

If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a slower or technique-focused class or chatting with one of our instructors before class.

Do you offer private or small group sessions?+

Yes. Private and small group sessions are available and can be tailored to individual goals, injuries or preferences.

Is Pilates suitable for men?+

Absolutely. Pilates benefits all bodies and is particularly effective for strength, mobility, posture and injury prevention.

Age, Health & Safety

What is the minimum age to attend classes?+

Clients must be 14 years or older to attend group classes. Private sessions for younger clients may be available on a case-by-case basis with parental consent.

Can I attend if I have an injury or condition?+

Many clients attend Pilates to support injury management. We recommend seeking medical clearance where appropriate and notifying your instructor before class.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant or post-natal?+

Please inform the studio prior to attending if you are pregnant. After 12 weeks, clients are required to attend appropriate pre-/post-natal classes or private sessions. Post-natal clients must have medical clearance before returning.

What should I wear to class?+

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety and are available for purchase in-studio.

Passes, Memberships & Policies

What are class passes and memberships?+

We offer casual classes, class passes and memberships to suit different schedules. Class passes are valid for a set period and are non-transferable.

What is your refund policy?+

All class passes and memberships are subject to our studio cancellation and refund policies, which are outlined in full on our website and booking system.
